The saying that adults need at least 8 hours of sleep to live a healthy life can be referred to as the land of fables. Recent research has shown that less than 8 hours of sleep is even better. For example, research from the Nurses’ Health Study and the Cancer Prevention Study II shows that people who sleep between 6.5 and 7.5 hours a night live even longer. It also appears that people who sleep more than 7.5 hours are more likely to die than people who sleep an hour less than 7.5 hours. Yet there are many sleep experts who claim that many adults take too little rest, which causes sleeping problems

Spring is back! Cheerfully frolicking lambs, foals and other young animals endear us again. Nature once again turns into a green splendor with many flowers in countless shades. It is time again to fully enjoy and to marvel at all that nature offers us. Nature in her changing seasons reflects the cycles of life itself. Summer as a flowering period, then dying in autumn, then death in winter and being born again, the new beginning, in spring. Each period has its own atmosphere and energy.
